The mailing list can be printed to labels - directly from your computer - or downloaded as a computer file.

Customer information is entered from invoices or customer fill-in cards. These are checked against USPS address standards, and added to your web-accessible mailing list.
- Lost Prospect Recovery / New Customers Alert
This daily report lists the name and phone numbers of callers that did not get through on the prior day. It also includes a list of new customers including their names, addresses, and phone numbers. This list may be faxed or emailed, and is available online.
- Call Accounting
This online service is a full set of reports, graphs, and detailed listings of all telephone activity including inbound and outbound calls. Reports include extensive sorting, custom on-the-fly reporting, and drill-down capabilities.
- Birthday / Anniversary Fulfillment
This service automatically sends a card to your customers one week before their birthday. It may seem like small gesture, but everyone likes to be remembered on their birthday. Anniversary cards can also be sent, if the date is available. This service is most often used in conjunction with our Transcription Service.
- Voice Response Survey
Let customers respond to a quick "last experience" phone survey in exchange for an incentive redeemable on their next visit. Touch-Tone and verbal answers are accessed online.

What services are most applicable?
We recommend starting off with TeleMining. It is a simple and painless way to start building your mailing list. If you have addresses in a computer program, we can convert these files and add them to your mailing list. Any addresses on hand -- written receipts, service tickets, invoices, warranty cards or comment cards -- can be entered using our Transcription Service.
The Lost Prospect Recovery/New Customers Alert service is an excellent tool to recover valuable missed customers that called but were unable to get through to your business. In addition, addresses from new callers are provided daily so follow-up literature can be sent to them immediately.
Call Accounting gives you a complete picture of telephone activity. This service provides a multitude of summary and detailed reports. This unique web-based "drill down" system lets you click on an entry to see the underlying detail information. Management uses these reports to identify telephone problems and monitor the effects of corrective action, adjust hours of operation, determine sales closing ratios, and evaluate response to advertising campaigns.

How does TeleMining and the Lost Prospect Recovery service actually work?
These services rely on a proprietary device, the Scout, which collects all details of telephone activity. The Scout downloads the information into the Client Discovery data center every night. Computers derive addresses from phone numbers and process the information into reports and mailing lists. This compiled information is posted on the web site for viewing and downloading on the next business day. In addition, the Lost Prospect Recovery report can be delivered via fax or email every business morning. Client Discovery installs the Scout at your business location.

Do we need to subscribe to all the services?
No, you can choose the services that apply to your specific business needs. You may also add or cancel services at any time. To build a mailing list, most of our customers use TeleMining, Transcription service, or both. Call Accounting is used to evaluate telephone usage and identify problems.

How do we get mailing labels?
If you subscribe to either TeleMining or the Transcription service, the names and addresses of your customers are automatically loaded to the web site. You select which customers you want from a variety of criteria. For example, suppose you decide to send a promotion to customers within a 3 mile radius, whose last names begin with "A" through "L". After setting the criteria, select "Labels", and the customers' addresses will be put into label format. Once selected, click on "Print Labels" then put blank labels in your printer and hit "Print". Your labels will be ready to apply. It's that simple.
