What Is the Birthday & Anniversary Fulfillment Service -- How Does It Work?
- The first step is to acquire customer information, to build your birthday & anniversary database. Some customers provide Client Discovery with a computer file of customer data.
- Most of our clients use our Transcription Service for this purpose. We supply customized "Birthday & Anniversary" sign-up forms to your business. Your customers will gladly fill them out in anticipation of receiving a gift, free meal or other discount in exchange for their effort. You simply mail us the completed cards and the information is submitted to your database.

- Client Discovery keeps track of customer birthdays and anniversaries. Your list is always available to you from your private password protected account on the Client Discovery web site. There, you can quickly view and sort the customers that are scheduled to receive birthday and anniversary cards for the current week. You can also download the list in a "label ready" format, and print labels yourself.
- Most clients find it easier to leave the processing and mailing of cards to us. One week before the special day, Client Discovery will print and mail the appropriate birthday or anniversary postcard to your customer.
- When their special day rolls around, your customer will bring the postcard to your business to redeem their birthday or anniversary incentive. Since it is a special day, the customer will usually be accompanied by friends and family members - an additional marketing windfall for you.

- Timing - Postcards are mailed weekly (not monthly) for a better response. Customers typically think about purchases and plan celebrations about a week in advance of the occasion.
