How does the mapping process work?

interactive maps Mapping is included with some of our online services, or can be added separately. Our automatic web maps are interactive views of your customer information- with a few clicks, you can zoom from your entire state down to the streets local to your business. Specific information on the customers represented in teh maps can be selected by mouse clicks, and a custom list can quickly be built for geographically specific mailings. Full-page printouts can also be downloaded for printing or analysis.

Custom maps can also be created upon request that use colored dots to identify each customer on your mailing list within a targeted geographical area. These high-resolution maps can show multiple locations, and more detailed spatial relationships.

Can the maps help my sales & marketing efforts?

These maps show you current customers and interested prospects. They help you to visualize where customers live, relative to your establishment. You make better marketing decisions with a map. It will show your market penetration and areas where you will get the best utilization of advertising and marketing expenditures.

Can I make my own maps?

Yes! You can use Microsoft's MapPoint software to create your own maps. Subscribers of TeleMining or our Transcription Service can download data in a format compatible with MapPoint software. We will provide email documents illustrating the process, but we are not able to offer support for MapPoint software.

What Is the Cost for Custom Maps?

Customer Distribution Mapping is an optional service available to our subscription customers using our other services such as TeleMining or Manual Data Entry.
