  • Transcription Service
    Customers provide their name, address, email, and additional information from fill-in, comment cards or birthday signup cards. Client Discovery transcribes this customer information and adds it to your mailing list.
  • Birthday / Anniversary Fulfillment
    This service automatically sends a card to your customers one week before their birthday. A birthday card is an extremely powerful marketing tool because people remember the businesses who send them. Because 60% of Americans celebrate their birthday by dining out, restaurants routinely reap more than 1000% return-on-investment. Anniversary cards can also be sent, if the date is available.
  • Call Accounting
    Fully accessible via the web, this is a complete set of reports, graphs, and a detailed listing of all telephone activity. The reports include extensive sorting, on-the-fly custom reporting, and drill-down capabilities.
  • Voice Response Survey
    Customers participate in a short telephone survey about the quality of their last visit to your restaurant. They answer questions by touch-tone or verbal comments. Yes. Client Discovery can process one location or companies with numerous satellite or chain locations. We are currently servicing clients such as AT&T and The Social Security Administration with hundreds of installations.


Does Client Discovery offer mail fulfillment?

Yes, but only for postcards. We offer postcard fulfillment for our subscription customers where the quantities are generally less then 2,000. Consequently we charge substantially less than other mail fulfillment businesses. Also, our turnaround time can be less then 24 hours (from proof sign-off).
