Client Discovery offers seven subscription and three fee-based marketing, customer retention and telephone management services. Which services are the most suitable depends entirely on the type of business, the amount of telephone usage, the percentage of walk-in traffic, and the reliance on repeat customers.

Multi-site enterprisesYour satellite locations may experience substantial telephone traffic. The majority of the traffic will be new and existing customers responding to advertising and marketing efforts. The home office must know exactly how many calls are received, when they were made, how the calls were answered, and most importantly, who called. Not only does Client Discovery give you this information, we also build a database with the names and addresses of existing and potential customers.


Armed with this information, the home office can:

  • Build a site-specific mailing list of existing and potential customers.
  • Monitor telephone usage at each location, including all inbound and outbound calls.
  • Compare phone calls to sales conversion rates at each satellite location.
  • Evaluate how well the phones are answered, number of rings before answer, and the number of calls NOT answered.
  • Conduct random surveys of people who called specific satellite locations.

At the individual site, management can:

  • Utilize our Transcription Service to build a customer list.
  • Send birthday cards to customers.
  • Call back customers whose calls were unanswered on the prior day.
  • Easily send postcards to customers on your mailing list.

Subscription Services:

Any or all of the Client Discovery services may be purchased as a monthly subscription. Please click on the underlined headings for more in-depth information.

  1. TeleMining
    Customers calling your business are added to your mailing list, utilizing a special Caller ID collection system which identifies their name and address by matching the phone number.
  2. Transcription Service
    Customer information is manually entered from invoices or customer fill-in cards. They are checked against USPS address standards, and added to your web-accessible mailing list.
  3. Lost Prospect Recovery / New Customers Alert
    This daily report lists the name and phone number of callers that did not get through on the prior day. The report also includes an address list of new customers including their phone number. The list can be faxed, emailed, or is available online.
  4. Call Accounting
    Fully accessed online, this is a complete set of reports, graphs, and a detailed listing of all telephone activity including inbound and outbound calls. Reports include extensive sorting, on-the-fly custom reporting, and drill-down capabilities.
  5. Birthday / Anniversary Fulfillment
    This service automatically sends a card to your customers one week before their birthday. It may seem like a small gesture, but everyone likes to be remembered on their birthday. Anniversary cards can also be sent, if the date is available. This service is most often used in conjunction with our Transcription Service.
  6. Voice Response Survey
    Customers respond to a quick "last experience" phone survey in exchange for a next visit incentive. Touch Tone and verbal answers are accessed via the web.
  7. TeleCollector
    Raw telephone traffic data is collected from chain stores, satellite locations, or remote sites and forwarded to corporate IT departments.

  1. Post Card Fulfillment
    Complete post card fulfillment including design, printing, and mailing. Available for event-driven or recurring mail programs.
  2. Customer Distribution Maps
    Customer locations are pin-pointed on maps for marketing or site evaluation.
  3. Nearest Neighbor List
    A mailing list is created containing prospects that live in close proximity to existing customers.
