- Birthday / Anniversary Fulfillment

- Call Accounting

Customers participate in a short telephone survey about the quality of their last visit to your restaurant. They answer questions via touch-tone or verbal comments. No, you can pick and choose the services that apply to your restaurant. You may also add or cancel services at any time. You should, for example, subscribe to Call Accounting for 3 or 4 months to evaluate telephone usage and identify problems.

How do we get and print mailing labels?
If you subscribe to either TeleMining or our Transcription service, the names and addresses of your customers are automatically added to the web site. You select customers using a variety of criteria. For example, you may send a promotion to 500 customers within a 3 mile radius. After setting the criteria, select "Labels", and the selected customers will be put into label format. Put blank labels in your printer and hit "Print". Your labels will be ready to apply. It's that simple.

Please explain your Voice Response Survey service.
This service is used to survey your customers and build your mailing list. Customers call a phone number, then respond to a short survey using touch-tones and verbal comments. In exchange for their opinions, customers are given a code number used to redeem an incentive on their next visit. The completed surveys are made available on the web site along with the customer's caller ID phone number, name and address. For more information click here.
