Summary of Services

  • TeleMining
    Utilizing proprietary caller ID technology, TeleMining automatically adds callers' names and addresses to your mailing list. You may view this list on a password-protected web site, sort it, or download it to your computer. You can print mailing labels directly on your personal printer.
  • Transcription Service
    Using information from filled-in comment cards or birthday signup cards, Client Discovery adds customers to your mailing list.
  • Lost Call Recovery / New Customers Alert
    This daily report lists the names and phone numbers of callers that did not get through on the prior day. It also includes a list of new prospects, with names, addresses, and phone numbers. We deliver the list every business morning via fax or email, or you can view it online.
  • Birthday / Anniversary Fulfillment
    This service automatically sends a card to each customer one week before their birthday. Because 60% of Americans celebrate their birthday by dining out, restaurants routinely see a return-on-investment (ROI) of 1000% to 2000% from this service. We can also send anniversary cards.
  • Call Accounting
    Provides a complete set of reports, graphs, and a detailed listing of all telephone activity. These web-accessible reports include extensive sorting, on-the-fly reports, and drill-down capability.
  • Voice Response Survey
    Customers participate in a short telephone survey about the quality of their last visit to your business. They answer questions via touch-tone or verbal comments.   • TeleCollector
